ORBITER^® 2 ISR

Suited to tactical reconnaissance and intelligence missions, force protection, BDA, and other operations, the Orbiter® 2 ISR delivers increased payload capacity and diversity, for superior ISTAR performance.

This covert fixed-wing electrical UAS provides operational flexibility (requiring only 2 operators), remains operational in challenging weather conditions and under cloud base, is fully operational in GPS denied areas, and enables easy transportation and assembly, with a small logistic footprint.

The Orbiter® 2 ISR includes an advanced digital datalink (immune and encrypted) for 50 km LOS range, onboard ATR and VMD video processing capabilities, and a state-of-the-art flight control and precision navigation system in GPS denied areas.

The STS mission kit offers superior performance, fast sensor-shooter mission cycle and operational flexibility in challenging weather conditions with a small logistics footprint. The system and proprietary control software are compliant with NATO STANAG such as 4703 and 4609.

Orbiter 2 Sensor-to-Shooter (STS) Mission Kit continues to set the standard for UAV operations, combining proven technology with a forward-thinking operational concept.

The generic architecture implemented into all Orbiter family of products enables seamless integration across all Aeronautics platforms, giving our customers the ability to operate all Orbiter platforms with same common Ground Control Station (GCS). In addition, an advanced generic operational application and communication data link enable the operation of multiple UAVs simultaneously from a single GCS (Ground Control Station).

This cutting-edge capability improves real-time intelligence gathering , accelerating Sensor-to-Shooter response cycles, streamlining Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) enabling mission success.
