In service all over the world for more than 20 years, the Aerostar has logged over 250,000 operational flight hours, testifying to its combat-proven reliability as a multi-mission ISTAR solution. This tactical UAS with MALE capabilities is the flagship Aeronautics UAV and was the first to be produced by the company. It is fully designed and manufactured in-house by Aeronautics, enabling exceptional flexibility to meet clients’ specific needs.

Effectively operating in the modern battlefield for over two decades, the Aerostar takes “combat proven” to new heights, offering supreme operational flexibility based on a reliable multi-mission design and extensive modification capabilities.

This tactical MALE UAS has been tried and tested as a cost-effective multi-mission solution across 250,000 flight hours in diverse scenarios worldwide. It requires a small logistic footprint, easily integrating into limited airfields and enabling rapid turnaround as well as simple maintenance. The Aerostar® is equipped with a large payload bay supporting multiple payloads, an ATOL system, and highly accurate GPS/INS navigation and targeting, including in GPS-denied zones.

Thanks to its design and manufacture being performed completely in-house, the Aerostar® can also be modified and adapted to serve a range of needs for different clients, reflecting the user-centric Aeronautics philosophy.

Aeronautics provides training courses, currency seminars, and more through its UAS Academy, in addition to instructor courses that enable customers to train their own in-house teams.
