  • Acquires Commtact, a leader in wireless communication solutions, and Zanzottera Engines, an Italian company specializing in UAV propulsion systems

  • Acquires CONTROP Precision Technologies, which develops and manufactures electro-optical precision motion control systems for defense applications

  • Launches the Orbiter 2, a lightweight tactical UAS

  • Launches the Dominator, a cost-effective MALE platform

  • Launches the Orbiter 3, a small tactical UAS from the Orbiter family

  • Launches the Orbiter 1K, a loitering munition UAS

    • Launches the Orbiter 4, a long-range tactical UAS
    • Conducts its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, reflecting a company value of more than NIS 1 Billion
    • Acquires CP Technologies, which designs and manufactures custom ruggedized computing platforms and displays
    • Launches the Octoper, an autonomous multi-rotor tactical platform

  • Aeronautics is acquired by RAFAEL and the entrepreneur Avichai Stolero, once again becoming a private company

  • Wins the tender for “Project Thunder Storms” – a state-of-the-art concept for aerial autonomous systems

  • Acquires Magal Solutions, a leading global integrator for critical and strategic assets

  • Launches the Orbiter 5, a tactical UAS with MALE mission capabilities

  • Aeronautics continues to grow, expand and break new ground as a global UAS pioneer, with more than 1,200 employees and an upcoming move to a much larger complex in Modiin alongside key subsidiaries
