CONTRORP General Assembly Approves Appointment of Yuval Miller as CEO

The General Assembly of Controp has approved the recommendation of the Search Committee to appoint Yuval Miller as Chief Executive Officer of Controp.

Miller will succeed Hagai Azani, who is concluding a successful seven-year tenure as CEO.

The appointment is subject to the approval of the Appointments Review Committee of the Government Companies Authority and the relevant ministers.

Miller has held senior management positions at Rafael for approximately 23 years and has served over the past decade as Senior Vice President and Head of the Air & Intelligence Division. In this role, he has overseen a broad portfolio of advanced systems and capabilities that played a significant force-multiplying role, including during Operation “Rising Lion.”

Aeronautics Group, together with its five subsidiaries, including Controp, is owned by Rafael.
